Gain Experience with 3D Printing and Digital Marketing
We are looking for curious, detail oriented, hardworking, and independent students interested in the opportunity to be a part of the 3D printing revolution and work with Make Mode in our state of the art digital manufacturing lab in New York, New York. This internship is unpaid, but can be used for credit and also has the possibility of a weekly stipend on a candidate by candidate basis.
Experience with 3D Printing is preferred but not required.
Qualities we’re looking for in an intern:
- Exceptional research skills
- Exceptional writing skills
- Digital marketing and SEO background or experience preferred
- Technical literacy including web development skills a plus

- History Time line of Events/ Evolution of Applications
- Modeling Techniques & Digital Geometry NURBS/ Meshes/ Polygons/ Voxels vs Triangles
- Community 3D Printing Ecosystem/ Grassroots Communities/ Events
- Search engine optimization strategy and tactics
- Keyword research and strategy
- Outreach and link building
- Local SEO strategies and citation building
- Social Media Management
- Manage various social media assets
- Community building via social media
- Business development research and outreach
Work will be supervised and mentored by Austin Robey, co-founder of Make Mode.
